Nam Phat Hotel and Villas Co., Ltd. has just broke ground to build an 18-storey Fusion hotel, marking the final construction item of the Fusion Resort & Villas Danang project.
This is the next item in the development of the 15.75 ha Fusion Resort & Villas Danang project, located on Non Nuoc beach.
The project is co-invested by hotel investment group Lodgis Hospitality Holdings and real estate brand VinaLiving.
The hotel block will have 157 rooms (182 bedrooms), most of which have sea views, on high floors, there will be 49 luxury rooms. At the 10th floor, which is designed as a "green floor", there will be a restaurant and bar, along with a garden facing the sea with a capacity of 110 guests, a 60 m long infinity pool will include a swimming pool area for children. children, changing rooms and guest bathrooms.
According to published information, the total investment for this hotel block is about 50 million USD.
Mr. Peter Meyer Opening Remarks, Lodgis CEO/CEO of Lodgis said that the project received funding from US shareholder Warburg Pincus, one of the largest private equity investors in Vietnam with approximately approx. $1.5 billion in several industries including the hospitality sector. In addition, domestic shareholder VinaCapital has pioneered the development of the tourism and hotel industry of Da Nang.
