On 28th June 2019, Lodgis Hospitality Holdings, a hotel investment platform firmed through a joint venture between Warburg Pincus and VinaCapital, official released the latest “resort-designed villa product” Fusion Resort & Villas Danang to the market. The event held at Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi and attracted a lot of loyal customers. All 44 villas of the first phase have been sold out after only a few hours. This is really a success beyond the expectations of the developer.
